Are you in a season where everything feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in patterns, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build tools that actually work in your daily life.
My approach is relational, warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate modalities like DBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, insight, and values-driven change. I also have specialized experience working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Before starting private practice, I worked in integrated, holistic healthcare and community mental health settings, including work as a mental health clinician at Kootenai Health and Monterey County Behavioral Health. These experiences shaped my strengths based, relational, trauma-informed perspective and my commitment to meeting each client where they are.
Therapy with me is a space where you can feel understood and supported as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
